Primary Health Care Collaborative Network (PHC)

Esta é uma iniciativa da Organização Pan-Americana da Saúde (OPAS/OMS), com o apoio do Ministério da Saúde do Brasil, da Escola Andaluza de Saúde Pública (EASP), e outros parceiros.

Esta rede destina-se a reforçar os sistemas de saúde na Região das Américas através da incorporação dos princípios, valores e elementos da estratégia de APS. Seu objetivo é trazer o conhecimento para a ação e ação para o conhecimento usando a tecnologia da informação e comunicação, a fim de contribuir para a transformação dos sistemas de saúde baseados na APS na Região das Américas.
Os objetivos da Rede Colaborativa são:

• Validar técnica, social e politicamente a estratégia de APS como a pedra angular para o desenvolvimento dos sistemas de saúde.
• Usar a estratégia de APS como foco da cooperação técnica da OPAS/OMS, na Oficina Sanitária Pan-Americana (Secretaria da OPAS/OMS) e nos países
• Incentivar a aprendizagem através da divulgação dos processos e ferramentas de trabalho eficazes (boas práticas) relacionados com os temas priorizados pela Rede
• Construir pontes entre os diferentes atores interessados a compartilhar conhecimentos e experiências
• Apoiar a formação continuada e o desenvolvimento de competências dos recursos humanos

Um dos principais elementos da Rede APS é a possibilidade de fazer parte de comunidades de prática. A Comunidade de Prática é uma ferramenta que promove a aprendizagem coletiva por meio da interação de diferentes atores em diferentes níveis e permite identificar e documentar experiências e mapeamento do conhecimento em APS, o intercâmbio desta informação, participação em grupos de discussão e consulta com os membros da comunidade e identificação de lacunas para promover a pesquisa.

Esta Rede Colaborativa é parte do contexto da estratégia de comunicação e-Saúde, aprovada pelo 51º Conselho Diretor da OPAS/OMS.  O objetivo da Estratégia é apoiar o uso custo-eficaz e seguro das tecnologias de informação e as comunicações em saúde e/ou âmbitos relacionados com ela, com inclusão dos serviços de atenção à saúde, de vigilância e de documentação de saúde, assim como a educação, conhecimento e pesquisa em saúde.

This is an initiative of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) with support from the Ministry of Health of Brazil, the Andalusian School of Public Health (EASP), and other partners. This network is intended to strengthen health systems in the Region of the Americas through the incorporation of the principles, values and elements of the PHC strategy. Its purpose is to bring the knowledge to action and action to knowledge using information technology and communication in order to contribute to the transformation of health systems based on PHC in the Region of the Americas.

The objectives of the Collaborative Network are:

One of the main elements of the PHC Collaborative Network is the possibility of being part of communities of practice.

The Community of Practice is a tool that promotes collective learning through the interaction of different actors at different levels and enables us to identify and document the experiences and knowledge mapping in PHC, the exchange of this information, participation in discussion groups and consultation with community members, and identification of gaps to promote research. The ultimate goal of the Communities of Practice is problem solving through collaborative learning.

This Collaborative Network is part of the context of e-Communication strategy adopted by the 51st health. Directing Council of PAHO / WHO. The aim of the Strategy is to support the use cost-effective and secure information technology and communications in health and / or fields related to it, including the health care services, surveillance and health documentation, and education, knowledge and research in health. "
